  • Can I pickup my order locally at your clinic?

    Yes! If you would like to pick up your order locally, please include that in the notes of your order when you checkout. Once you pick it up at our location- 2510 W. Irving Park Road, Chicago, IL 60618- we will refund your $8 shipping.

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We sure do!

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    If you would like your products ASAP, please order during our shipping days. Our shipping days are 10am-5pm CST Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. If you place an order outside of these hours, if will be shipped the next shipping day. For example, if you place an order Friday after 5pm, it will be shipped the following Tuesday.

    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
